摘 要:在超声喷丸的应用中,需要超声变幅杆有较大的输出端面,以此来获得较大的辐射声能,提高加工效率,同时还要有一定的放大系数,为此设计分析了指数-圆锥复合形变幅杆。按照传统分析方法,理论推导了这种复合形变幅杆的频率方程与放大系数公式。在给定截面尺寸的条件下,借助数值分析软件MATLAB求解频率方程;获得变幅杆的尺寸参数与性能参数。利用solidworks建立三维模型;借助有限元软件ABAQUS进行模态分析与谐响应分析。绘制轴向位移分布图与应力分布图;获得变幅杆的谐振频率、放大系数与位移节点;分析比较理论值与仿真值;分析误差产生的原因。为大端面变幅杆的设计提供一定借鉴意义。In the application of ultrasonic peening,ultrasonic horn should have larger output end,so as to obtain larger radiation sound energy and improve processing efficiency.Except that,it also should have certain amplification coefficient,index-cone composite horn was designed and analyzed.According to the traditional analysis method,the frequency equation and amplification coefficieut formula of composite horn were deduced theoretically.Under the condition of given section size,the frequency equation was solved with the aid of numerical analysis software MATLAB.The size parameters of the horn and performance parameters were obtained The 3 d model was established based on Solidworks.Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried out with the aid of finite element software ABAQUS.The curves of axial displacement distribution and stress distribution were drawn.The resonance frequency and the magnification coefficient and displacement node of horn were obtained.The theoretical value and simulation value were compared and analyzed The errors were analyzed.For the design of large end face of composite horns,it has certain reference significance.
