基于DEFORM-HT高铬合金耐磨铸件空淬工艺参数研究

摘　　要：运用有限元工艺仿真软件DEFORM-HT对高铬合金耐磨铸件进行了空气淬火仿真模拟,研究了不同空淬工艺参数(对流换热系数、空淬时间、环境温度)对空淬后试件硬度的影响,得到了试件硬度在不同工况下的变化曲线,找到了不同空淬工艺参数对硬度的影响规律,为工程实践提供了依据。最后通过实验测试在一定操作环境下进行空淬的试件硬度值,通过与相同工艺参数设置下经过软件模拟计算的试件硬度值相比较,发现两者的数值大小相符合,说明了空气淬火仿真模拟的正确性。The air quenching process of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant casting mold was simulated by DEFORM-HT,and the purpose was to find the influence of air quenching process parameters （heat transfer coefficient,the time of air quenching,environment temperature）to casting mold.The change curve of hardness at different conditions and the effect of different process parameters on hardness were found.The result provided the operational basis for engineering practice.The result of the simulation was proved to be correct by comparing the experiment value with the calculated value of hardness in the same operating condition.
