摘  要:三级轮边行星减速器作为一种新型大吨位电动轮车辆轮边减速器,可有效解决二级系统齿轮安全强度不足、轮边驱动系统性能匹配差等问题。根据三级轮边行星减速器的结构原理和工作特点,建立轮边驱动系统三级行星齿轮传动功率键合图,并基于此搭建系统的Simulink仿真模型,获得三级轮边减速器的频响特性及动态特性,结果表明其动力学特性和制动性能均能满足设计要求,且与整车传动系统性能匹配良好。所采用的研究方法和获得的结论,为进一步研究电动轮车辆三级轮边行星减速器动态特性提供了重要参考。Tertiary wheel gear system is a new type of wheel reducer in hundredton series electric drive vehicle,which can solve the problem that the domestic wheel side is poor,and the strength of gear safety is insufficient in the existing wheel reducers.According to its structure principle and working performance,drive power model of the tertiary wheel gear system is established based on bond graph theory.Then the dynamic characteristics and frequency response of the whole system is analyzed by Simulink model.The results show that the dynamic and the braking performances of the system can meet the requirements,and performance-matched verifies the bond graph theory for electric wheel dump truck wheel drive system modeling and analysis of the feasibility and effectiveness of research electric wheel dump truck wheel drive system provides an important method for dynamic characteristics.
