摘  要:圆盘凸轮的廓线是圆而极易加工和检测,实用价值大,但其运动和动力性能的研究尚待深入。详细研究了对心直动从动件圆盘凸轮的运动学,获得了凸轮廓线、从动件的位移、速度、加速度、跃度、跳度、压力角,以及最大无量纲速度、最大无量纲加速度、最大无量纲跃度、最大无量纲转矩这4个主要的动力学特性值的精确计算式、求解方法和曲线图。通过这些特性值与从动件常用运动规律的特性值的对比,以及运动特点分析,得出结论是该机构无任何冲击,动力学性能好,适用于高速场合。Practical value of circular disc cam is great because the cam's profile is a circle which is very easy to be manufactured and detected,but kinematic and dynamic performances of circular disc cam mechanism are still need to be further studied.By a detailed research on kinematics of circular disc cam with radial translating follower,the accurate formulas,solving methods and diagrams of the follower's displacement,velocity,acceleration,jerk,jump,pressure angle,as well as four of major dynamic characteristics which are maximum dimensionless velocity,maximum dimensionless acceleration,maximum dimensionless jerk and maximum dimensionless torque are obtained.Through the comparison between these characteristic values and those of the motion laws usually used for follower,and the analysis of motion features,a conclusion is reached that this mechanism has good dynamic performaances and no any impact,so it can be applied to high speed.
