摘 要:为了提高成形磨齿的加工精度,针对现有的齿形误差计算方法,提出了一种基于等效拟合和曲线扫掠的渐开线圆柱齿轮齿形误差计算新方法。首先,利用最小二乘法,将在机测量获得的齿廓坐标进行拟合,得到端面齿形的近似方程;然后,结合渐开线等效拟合法,通过将替换的理论渐开线绕坐标原点扫掠,利用包络齿形近似曲线在基圆上画出误差弧长,即齿形误差。引入某渐开线圆柱齿轮计算出齿形误差,结果表明该方法可行、有效,并且计算过程简便,结果更加精确。Corsidering the existing calculation method for profile deviation,a novel method for profile deviation of involute cylindrical gear based on equivalent fitting and sweeping involute was proposed to enhance the accuracy of gear profile grinding.By utilizing LM to rit the coordinates of profile,the approximate equation of end teeth was obtained.At the same time,the theoretical involute derived from equivalent involute-fitting-method was swept around origin of coordinate,enveloping the approximate curiae of end teeth to obtain the error arc length in the base circle,tooth profile error as well.An involute cylindrical gear was given as an instance for profile error calculation.The result shows that the proposed algorithm was feasible and correct,and the calculation was more simple and more accurate.
