摘 要:针对高速角接触球轴承保持架常出现断裂等提前失效,根据高速球轴承中球和保持架兜孔的几何位置以及相对速度,分析了二者之间的相互作用关系,建立了椭圆兜孔保持架的动力学仿真计算模型,用Gupta的实验结果验证了方法的可靠性。以某高速角接触球轴承为例,研究了轴承保持架椭圆兜孔对保持架兜孔冲击力以及保持架稳定性的影响,结果表明轴承保持架兜孔设计为椭圆兜孔有助于承受较大径向载荷的高速角接触球轴承的保持架稳定性并减小保持架兜孔的冲击载荷。Aiming to the cage early failure of high-speed angular contact ball bearings such as cage fracture,interaction relationship between ball and cage pocket was analyzed and dynamic model of cage with elliptical pocket of high speed angular contact ball bearings was built based on the relationship of geometry displacement and relative speed between ball and cage pocket.Accurateness of the dynamic model constructed in this article was verified by the test and computation result of Gupta example.Computation program is developed and the effect of cage elliptical pocket on impact force and stability of cage was studied by taking a certain high speed angular contact ball bearings as an example.It is shown that elliptical pocket of cage could improve the cage stability and reduce the impact force between ball and cage pocket while the high speed ball bearing carried the heavy radial load.
