摘 要:在缠绕制作超导线圈时,一般会对超导线圈中的导线施加一定的缠绕预紧力。一方面是为了增强超导磁体在工作时的稳定性,另一方面是为了增强线圈导线的占空比。然而超导弯轴线圈相比直轴线圈的结构更为特殊,应力分布方式更为复杂。因此,对绕制超导弯轴线圈时的缠绕应力的变化进行研究分析变得极为重要。分析了缠绕过程时线圈中的各层导线的受力情形,提出了分析超导弯轴线圈缠绕应力的理论模型。以该理论模型为基础研究了缠绕超导弯轴线圈过程时预紧力对弯轴特殊位置的径向应力和环向应力的影响,并比较分析了应力分布的结果。结果表明,弯轴的三个特殊位置会对缠绕预紧力产生不同的应力影响,合理的预紧力可以增加超导弯轴线圈的稳固性,而过大的预紧力会提高内层导线失稳的风险性。When the superconducting coilsare wounding,a certain winding pre-tightening forceis generally applied to the wire in the superconducting coils.Not only in order to enhance the stability of the superconducting magnet at working,but also to enhance the duty cycle of the coils wire.However,the structure of the bending axis superconducting coils is more special than the straight axis coils,and the stress distribution is more complicated.Therefore,it is very important to study the variation of the winding stress when winding the bending axis superconducting coils.By analyzing the force situation of each layer wire in the coils,a theoretical model for analyzing the stress of the superconducting coils winding is presented.Based on the theoretical model,the effect of the pre-tighteningforce on radial stress and circumferential stress of the special position of the bending axis superconducting coils axis is studied.The results of the stress distribution is analyzed.However,if the pretightening force is too much,it can increase the risk of instability of the inner wire.
