基于数值仿真的小型电动振动台辅助支撑的设计与性能分析

摘  要:针对某小型电动振动台,设计一种具有合理振动属性的辅助支撑,使其能够应用于具有较大尺寸对象的振动测试。基于数值仿真方法对现有桁架结构辅助支撑进行有限元建模,数值分析结果与实验具有一致性,验证了采用壳体单元、实体单元、MPC进行混合建模的合理性。进而结合传统设计方法,采用方钢的矩形结构、三角形结构、梯形结构,设计出多桁架结构的新型辅助支撑,基于前述已验证合理的有限元建模与计算方法,分别研究其在静态工作环境下各个方向抵抗变形的能力、动态工作环境下的振动特性、以及瞬态冲击下对振动台附件的动态干涉和其所受的最大应力。分析结果表明,设计的新型辅助支撑吻合最初的设计期望,且其设计和研究方法,可为其它小型振动台提供较完善的辅助支撑设计研究思路,具有一定的工程意义。For a small electrodynamic vibration shaker,an auxiliary support with excellent characteristics is designed to make it used in normal vibration tests of tested objects with a large size.The finite element model of the existing auxiliary support having truss structure is established based on the finite element method,the results of numerical simulation and the physical experiment results is verified to be same,so the rationality of the finite element method using the shell element,solid element,and MPC on the model is demonstrated.And then combined with the traditional design method,the new auxiliary support consisting of rectangular,triangular and trapezoidal structures is designed.To analyze its performance,researches its capacity of resisting deformation in all directions when it works under the static condition,and it studies on its vibration attribute when it works under the dynamic condition,as well as the dynamic interference on attachments of the vibration shaker and the maximum stress loaded on the new auxiliary support.The analysis results show that the new auxiliary support complies with the original design expectations.At the same time,its design and analysis methods can provide better design and research ideas about auxiliary support for other small electrodynamic vibration shakers,which has a certain engineering significance.
