我国体育非营利组织治理障碍与能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：体育非营利组织的存在与发展依赖于自身的治理能力,其受到属性、责任、关系、战略等要素的驱动,成为组织能否科学、持续发展的关键。我国体育非营利组织发展时间较短,内部条件严重不足,且受外部环境的干预较大,具有浓重的政治色彩与失调的市场运行机制,颠覆了组织的本质属性。提升体育非营利组织的治理能力,要基于组织自身、政府、市场及社会其它因素四个维度采取相应举措。The existence and development of nonprofit sports organization depends on its capacity to govern. It subjects to property,responsibilities,relationships,and other elements of the strategic and becomes the key of thescientificand sustainable development of the organization. Short period of the development of nonprofit sports organization,a serious shortage of internal conditions,and greater intervention by the external environment,with a strong market operation mechanism and disorders of political color,all these subvert the essential attribute of the organization. Enhance governance of nonprofit sports organization,the organization itself should base on factors of other four dimensions of government,market and society to take corresponding measures.
