摘　　要：作为美国能源独立之路上的阶段性成果——页岩气革命,在改变美国的能源供需结构的同时,也对国际能源秩序产生了深刻的影响,我国能源开发工作也深受其影响。本文阐述了美国页岩气发展现状,从经济安全管理的视角,就美国页岩气革命对全球能源秩序、国际能源消费格局等所产生的积极和消极影响进行了分析,并根据页岩气革命带来的影响,提出了加快建立健全领导协调体制机制,制定和优化支持页岩气产业发展相关政策,紧跟国际原油市场变化,加大力度发挥自身优势,设置多元化油价计价体系、提高页岩气开发的科学技术支撑力度,打造高端服务体系,提升制造业核心能力等建议,以促进我国页岩气发展的同时保障我国经济政治稳定发展。The US＂Shale Gas Revolution＂has not only changed the structure of energy demand in America,but also had a profound effect on the international energy order. After the shale gas revolution,the US developed into the first natural gas producer and became less dependent on import,which in turn has produced both positive and negative effects on the global energy system. In such context,China must take corresponding measures to ensure national energy security： establishing and improving the coordination mechanisms to support the development and optimization of the shale gas industry development policy,setting up diversified oil pricing system,improving technical support to shale gas development,and perfecting shale gas market mechanism.
