复方风湿宁治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方风湿宁治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法将108例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各54例。对照组患者给予吲哚美辛片口服,治疗组患者则给予复方风湿宁片口服,治疗10周,随访5次。对比观察两组临床疗效及类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)等实验室指标变化。结果治疗后,治疗组患者治疗总有效率为96.3%,明显高于对照组的总有效率66.7%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组中RF、CRP、ESR的指标改善较对照组更明显,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方风湿宁治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著。Objective To observe curative effect of compound fengshining in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 108 cases of rheumatoid joint arthritis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 54 patients of each. The patients in the control group were treated with oral indomethacin tablets, and the treatment group was treated with compound Fengshi Ning tablets, 10 weeks of treatment and followed up for 5 times. The results of the two groups were compared and observed two groups of clinical curative effect and laboratory indicators change of rheumatoid factor（RF）, C-reactive protein（CRP）and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group total（66.7%）（P 〉0.05）, and the RF, CRP and ESR of the treatment group refers to standard improvement, which were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of compound rheumatism Ning in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is remarkable. It suggests that compound rheumatism is a good medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
