摘　　要：随着慢性骨髓增殖性疾病的部分类型在疾病性质、病理编码等方面发生了变化,并出现了新的类型,编码员由于专业知识不足,对新的临床分类方案和新的类型了解不够,容易出现编码错误,探讨对慢性骨髓增殖性疾病进行ICD编码十分必要,通过准确解读慢性骨髓增殖性疾病的临床特点、临床分类情况及其新的发展变化,分析编码易出现的错误和应注意的主要问题,提出各类型疾病在ICD-10和ICD-O(第三版)中的编码方案,从而达到对慢性骨髓增殖性疾病的正确编码。As the changing of some types of chronic hyperplastic disease of bone marrow in aspects such as diseases nature and diseases coding, and the occurrence of new types, as well as the deficiency of professional knowledge among the coding staff, insufficient understanding on the clinical classification methods and new types, it was easily to make coding mistakes. So it was very necessary to investigate how to make ICD coding for chronic hyperplastic disease of bone marrow correctly. Through discussing the clinical characters, clinical classification situations and the new development situations of chronic hyperplastic disease of bone marrow accurately, we analyzed the mistakes easily made and main problems needed for attention, put forward the coding method of each type of disease in ICD-10 and ICD-0（The third version）. Therefore, the coding staff could get aware of the clinical characters and clinical classification situations of chronic hyperplastic disease of bone marrow, as well as make the accurate coding of the disease.
