摘 要:目的了解少数民族本科护生在临床实习中的真实体验,为临床教学工作的改进提供依据。方法以质性研究中的现象学方法为指导,采用半结构访谈对少数民族本科护生进行访谈,并运用Colaizzi现象学分析法分析访谈资料。结果少数民族本科护生实习体验归纳为4个主题:人际交往、教学需求、情感体验、心理调试能力。结论护理教育者应注重对少数民族本科护生人际交往能力的培养,营造轻松愉悦的实习环境,创新教学模式,采取积极的措施降低少数民族本科护生在职业情感方面的认知失调,进一步优化少数民族本科护理专业临床教学管理。Objective To study the experience of undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice,and to provide the basis for the improvement of clinical teaching. Methods Using the phenomenological method of the qualitative research,using the semi- structured interview to interview the minority undergraduate nursing students,and analyzing the interview data by using the Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method was conducted in this suivey. Results There were 4 subjects in the undergraduate nursing students' internship experience:interpersonal communication,teaching needs,emotional experience,and psychological adjustment ability. Conclusion Nursing educators should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' interpersonal skills,create a relaxed and pleasant environment,innovate the teaching mode and take active measures to reduce the cognitive disorders of minority undergraduate nursing students in the professional emotion,and further optimize the clinical teaching management of minority undergraduate nursing students.
