云南施甸县两轮麻疹疫苗强化免疫情况及效果评价

摘　　要：目的对施甸县两轮麻疹疫苗（MV）强化免疫情况及效果进行分析,为该县尽早消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法利用施甸县2008年、2010年麻疹疫苗强化免疫报告、调查接种率,2010-2014年麻疹Ig G抗体水平调查及法定麻疹报告系统资料进行统计学描述。结果施甸县强化免疫报告、调查接种率均在97%以上;两轮强化免疫后,麻疹Ig G抗体水平明显提高,5年人群抗体阳性率均在90%以上且平均率达93.83%;同时,麻疹发病率由2007、2008年的平均发病率3.76/10万下降至2009年的0.30/10万,两轮强化免疫后6年平均发病率0.1/10万,发病以0~岁组及20~岁组为主。结论两轮强化免疫后,施甸县麻疹流行强度、范围得到有效控制,抗体水平得到明显提高,为该县尽早消除麻疹奠定了坚实基础。Objective Two rounds of measles vaccine（ MV） strengthen immunity and effects were analyzed in Shidian County,and to provide a scientific basis for the county as soon as possible to eliminate measles. Method Used Shidian County Measles Vaccine Immunization Report of 2008 and 2010,made a survey vaccination rate,statistical description for measles Ig G antibody level of measles and statutory reporting system data from 2010 to 2014. Result Shidian County immunization reporting and investigation vaccination rate were above 97%; after two rounds of immunization,measles Ig G antibody levels were significantly increased five years crowd antibody positive rate was over 90% and an average rate was 93. 83%; At the same time,measles the incidence rate was 2007- 2008,the average incidence was 3. 76 /100 000 in 2009 down to 0. 30 /100 000,after two rounds of strengthening the immune 6 the average annual incidence rate was 0. 1 /100 000,the incidence and the age group were based 0 to 20 years groups. Conclusion After two rounds of immunization,Shidian County measles epidemic intensity,scope has been effectively controlled,the antibody level has been significantly improved,and laid a solid foundation for the county as soon as possible to eliminate measles.
