摘 要:目的了解乌鲁木齐市外环境水霍乱弧菌污染状况,为制定霍乱防控对策提供科学依据。方法 2006-2014年乌鲁木齐市692份外环境水体,采用《霍乱防治手册》(6版)中的方法进行鉴定,并利用法国梅里埃全自动微生物生化鉴定系统对样品中分离的霍乱弧菌进行生化鉴定。结果 2006-2014年乌鲁木齐市检测外环境水692份样品,共检测出65株霍乱弧菌,总检出率为9.39%,均为O1群非流行株。其中小川型检出59株(59/65),其次为稻叶型检出6株(6/65)。2008年、2009年和2011年的检出率较高,分别为13.00%、23.00%、15.00%,不同年份外环境水霍乱弧菌检出率之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=37.635,P〈0.05)。在2006-2014年间不同月份中,7月和8月检出率较高,分别为13.85%和15.71%,不同月份外环境水霍乱弧菌检出率之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.834,P〈0.05)。结论在乌鲁木齐市外环境水体中的霍乱弧菌主要是O1群非流行株,应加大监控力度,提高警惕,预防霍乱的发生和流行。Objective To find out the presence of Vibrio cholera and distribution in the aquatic system of the eχternal environment in Wulumuqi city,in order to provide scientific basis for the prediction and prevention of cholera. Methods The 692 Water samples were tested for vibrio cholera in Wulumuqi district during 2006 to 2014 based on"manual for cholera control",and the Vibrio cholera were biochemically identified with VITEK system. Results Total 692 samples were collected from water during2006 to 2014,and 65 aquatic samples were found. The isolating rate was 9. 39%. All the aquatic strains were vibrio cholera O1non- epidemic strains. There were 59 0gawa and 6 Inaba. In 2008,2009, and 2011, the detection rate was 13. 00%,23. 00%,15. 00%,the detection rate of Vibrio cholera in different years was statistically significant( χ~2= 37. 63,P 〈0. 05).By compaing the positive rate of month during 2006 to 2014,in July and August the positive rate were 13. 85% and 15. 71%. the detection rate of Vibrio cholera in different month was statistically significant( χ~2= 17. 83,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion There were mainly non- epidemic strains of Vibrio cholerae Ol in external environment in Wulumuqi district. We should increase monitoring and take alert in it to prevent and control the incidence and prevalence of cholera.
