襄阳市首例输入性登革热病例的调查处理报告

摘　　要：目的分析襄阳市首例输入性登革热病例的流行病学特点。方法对病例的流行病学及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果病例发病前到广州市出差,有蚊虫叮咬史,登革热病毒IgM呈阳性,登革热病毒IgG呈阴性,登革热病毒核酸为阳性,为实验室确诊病例。结论对襄阳市本地医务人员加强登革热防治知识培训,提高临床医生的诊治水平和及时报告率,及时开展流行病学调查和系统的综合防控措施,是有效控制输入性登革热疫情扩散的关键。Objective Epidemiological characteristics analysis of xiangyang city ‘s first case of imported dengue fever epidemic. Methods Epidemiological and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Patients before the onset of a business trip to Guangzhou,there was the history of mosquito bites,Dengue virus was IgM positive,Dengue virus IgG was negative,positive for dengue virus nucleic acid,as laboratory confirmed cases. Conclusion Strengthen the local medical staff dengue prevention knowledge training to improve the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians and timely reporting rate,the timely implementation of a comprehensive prevention and control measures and epidemiological investigation system is the key to effective control of the spread of imported dengue fever epidemic.
