摘  要:目的了解湖北医药学院青年学生艾滋病基本知识知晓情况及相关行为因素,为制定预防控制艾滋病传播流行提供科学依据。方法 2013-2014年采用随机抽样方法,对湖北医药学院注册在读的1 600名青年学生,采用统一设计的匿名问卷进行现场一对一调查,收集有关艾滋病知识、态度和行为方面资料进行分析。结果艾滋病基本知识平均知晓率为95.07%,其中知晓率最高为"感染艾滋病病毒的妇女生下的小孩有可能得艾滋病吗"(99.63%);知晓率最低为"蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病吗"(76.38%)。有过性行为的54人,占调查对象的3.38%,第一次发生性行为使用安全套的18人,占33.33%。1 600名在校青年学生均无性病史、吸毒史。结论大学生对有关艾滋病基本知识的知晓率比较高,但对艾滋病的非传播途径还缺乏正确认识。建议继续加强各类学校的艾滋病宣传教育工作,普及艾滋病防治核心信息,最大限度减少艾滋病高危行为的发生。Objective To understand the basic status and the correlated behavior factor of AIDS knowledge for young student in Hubei University of Medicine,as to provide scientific base for preventing and controlling AIDS. Methods The 1 600 students in Hubei University of Medicine were investigated using anonymous questionaire randomly during 2013 to 2014,and the data of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior was collected. Results the average knowing rate of AIDS is 95. 07%, the highest knowing rate on the question "Can the person used the syringe used by the AIDS patient be infected AIDS"was 99. 63%,the lowest rate on the question "to sting and bite by gnat and insect could spread AIDS"was 76. 38%. the 54 students have sexual behavior( 3. 38%),the 18 students have sexual behavior with safe cup first( 33. 33%),the all investigated students have not venereal disease and drug taking experience. Conclusion The knowing rate on AIDS basic knowledge is higher,but the non-spread way can not be knowed correctly,the AIDS propaganda and educaion work should be strengthen,and the key AIDS information should be spread universal,the AIDS high risk behavior would be decreased at mostly.
