摘　　要：本文根据化学突发事件的特点规律，总结了化学突发事件现场医学救援需要遵循的基本原则；依据防化医学救援行动相关法规标准和工作经验，提出了化学突发事件现场医学救援基本工作流程，并指出了现场医学救援过程中救援力量需要注意的事项。According to the characteristics of chemical emergencies, summarizes the basic principles of the on-the-spot medical rescue of chemical emergency. On the basis of Chemical emergency medical rescue regulations and standards and work experience, put forward the action process of the on-the-spot medical rescue of chemical emergency, and pointed out that the rescue forces need to pay attention to matters in the rescue process.
