加味大承气汤治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味大承气汤治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的效果。方法：将 80 例住院的精神患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各 40 例。对照组给予番泻叶进行预防便秘，观察组给予加味大承气汤进行治疗。两组各用药 3 d，7 d 后观察疗效。结果：观察组 38 例有效，总有效率 95 %，平均排便时间（2.3 ± 1.56）h；对照组 30 例有效，总有效率 75 %，平均排便时间 (7.6 ± 3.59）h，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.01）。结论：加味大承气汤治疗服用抗精神病药物引起的便秘作用时间短，疗效显著。Objective To investigate the Modified Dachengqitang antipsychotic-induced constipation treatment methods and effects. Methods 80 cases of hospitalized mental patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in the control group were given senna constipation prevention, observation group Jiawei Dachengqitang treatment. Two groups of treatment 3 days, 7 days observed. Results 38 patients were effective, the total effective rate of 95%; the average defecation time was 0.13 ± 0.56 hours; control group of 30 cases were effective, the total efficiency of 75%, the average defecation time was 1.7 ± 3.59 hours, and the two groups, there was significant differences（P 0.01）. Conclusion The effect of constipation Modified Dachengqitang Treating taking antipsychotics cause short time, a significant effect.
