曲美他嗪对不稳定心绞痛患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨曲美他嗪对不稳定心绞痛（UAP）患者血管内皮功能的影响.方法：46例UAP患者,随机分为常规组（标准化治疗）和曲美他嗪组（标准化治疗＋曲美他嗪）,观察治疗前和治疗2个月后血清内皮素（ET）的变化,同时应用超声诊断仪测定肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张（FMD）变化率.结果：与治疗前比较,治疗后两组ET水平均明显下降（P＜0.05）,FMD均升高（P＜0.05）.曲美他嗪组较常规组血清ET下降更显著（P＜0.05）,FMD升高更明显（P＜0.05）.结论：曲美他嗪可能通过降低ET水平等途径改善血管内皮功能,进而提高了临床效果,改善预后.OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effect of trimetazidine on function of vascular endothelium in the patient with unstable angina pectoris. METHODS ： UAP patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 23） treated by conventional therapy plus trimetazidine and the control group （ n = 23 ） by conventional therapy alone. The changs of blood levels of endothelin before treat- ment to after two months of treatment were observed, and the flow - mediated dilatation in branchial artery was detected at the same time using ultrasonography. RESULTS ： After treatment, the blood level of ET obviously decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and FMD inereasd （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in both groups. Compared with the control group after treatment, the levels of ET in the treatment group were lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and FMD were higher （P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSIONS ： Trimetazidine might protect vascular endothelium, improve clinical therapeutic effect and long outcomes by decreasing blood levels of ET.
