美丽乡村建设背景下农村草根体育组织的发展

摘　　要：以闽西美丽乡村建设试点村的草根体育组织为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地调研法、专家咨询法和数理统计法等,通过对农村草根体育组织的内涵、在美丽乡村建设中的角色定位和发展环境的现状调查,提出了美丽乡村建设中农村草根体育组织发展的实践路径为:发挥政府的引导功能,营造良好的组织孵化环境、重视组织自身的治理,争取广泛的社会支持、重视体育精英的动员与培育,提升服务参与的专业化水平、拓宽筹资渠道,提升社区体育资源的整合服务和重视与外界的联动,激发组织发展的活力;其目的旨在促进农村草根体育组织持续、健康地发展,动员群众参与体育、为体育提供组织的活动平台和弥补因双重失灵造成的农村体育服务供给不足,从而推动农村体育事业的发展和美丽乡村的建设。Taken grassroots sports organizations in pilot villages of west Fujian to construct beautiful village as subjects,this paper analyzed their connotation,role identification in beautiful village construction,and current development environment by the methods of literature review,field work,expert interview,and mathematical statistics.It put forward some practice paths for its development,which are assuming the guiding function of government,building a good breeding environment,valuing self administrate,capturing a wide range of social support,emphasizing mobilization and cultivation of sports talents,improving professional level in service,broadening the financing channels,promoting the integration of community sports resources service and its linkage with the outside world,and stimulating the vitality of organization development. The aims of these paths are to promote a sustainable and healthy development of rural grassroots sports organizations,to mobilize the masses to participate in the activities of sports,to provide a platform for sports organizations and make up for the dual failure caused by the lack of rural sports service supply,and to promote the development of rural sports and beautiful village construction.
