摘　　要：根治性膀胱全切及盆腔淋巴结清扫加尿流改道是治疗肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的标准术式。随着手术经验的累积、腔镜技术的发展及诸多的临床及基础研究不断开展,根治性膀胱切除术相关的手术方式也发生了改变。本文就膀胱全切的手术方式、淋巴结的清扫范围、女性是否保留内生殖器、男性保留部分前列腺包膜以及尿流改道方式的选择等作简要讨论。Radical cystectomy,pelvic lymph node dissection and urinary diversion are the standard surgery for muscle-invasive bladder cancer.With the accumulation of surgery experience,the development of laparoscopy and the conduction of clinical trials and the basic experiment,the surgery methods of the radical cystectomy also developed.This paper will discuss the surgery methods of radical cystectomy,the range of lymph node dissection,the preservation of female reproductive organs,prostate capsule-sparing cystectomy and the choice of urinary diversion type.
