摘　　要：随着国家住宅工业化进程的加快,已有大量的预制装配式住宅建成投入使用,本文以住宅最终交付使用的毛坯房为基础,分析了我国装配式剪力墙住宅预制构件中机电管线预留预埋的设计方法,并提出了对实现内装工业化的机电设计展望。With the speeding up of the national housing industrialization process, a number of precast shear wall residential building have been built and occupied. In this literature, the design methods of MEP pipeline which need to be pre-buried in precast components are analyzed, based on sold building which is not furnished. Meanwhile, the author describe the expectation of achieving built-in industrialized MEP design.
