摘　　要：患者1,男,12岁。反复发生于面部、肢端、臀部及腹股沟红斑、斑块4年,无明显脱发、腹泻。患者2,男,20岁,为患者1的兄长,患者9个月时开始反复发生面部、肢端、臀部及腹股沟皮疹,幼年发病时常伴有腹泻。硫酸锌治疗有效。One 12- years- old male patient presented with erythema and plaque on face,acra,hip and groin,without hair loss and diarrhea. The second patient,the case one ＇s brother,was a 20- years- old male and presented with the similar lesions for 19 years,with hair loss and diarrhea in childhood. The treatment of zinc sulfate was effective.
