菖琥宁心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎后遗症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察菖琥宁心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎后遗症的疗效。方法 84例病毒性心肌炎缓解期患者随机分成治疗组54例、对照组30例,治疗组给予菖琥宁心汤治疗,对照组给予辅酶Q10+ATP治疗,2个月为1个疗程,治疗3疗程后,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、体征、Holter、血清心肌酶谱测定值变化的情况。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率63.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),无论是症状、体征的改善,还是Holter及血清心肌酶谱参数的变化,治疗组均优于对照组。结论菖琥宁心汤治疗病毒性心肌炎后遗症有较显著的疗效。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of chang Hu Ning Xin decoction to viral myocarditis sequelae. Methods： 84 patients with viral myocarditis remission were randomly divided into treatment group of 54 patients and control group of 30 patients. the treatment group received chang Hu Ning Xin decoction treatment and control group was given coenzyme Q10 plus ATP therapy,two months for a course of treatment,total treatment lasted 3 courses. clinical symptoms and signs,Holter indicator,myocardial enzyme in serum were valued before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 83. 3 % in the control group,the total efficiency in the treatment group was 63. 3 % higher than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The treatment group was better than the control in the change of group improvement of symptoms and signs,Holter indicator and serum myocardial enzymes parameters. Conclusion： It shows a significant effect in viral myocarditis sequelae treatment by Chang Hu Ning Xin decoction.
