摘　　要：目的研究蜘蛛香的化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂AB-8、硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱层析等方法进行分离纯化,利用1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR等波谱技术对化合物的结构进行解析。结果分离并鉴定了2个倍半萜类化合物、1个环烯醚萜内酯和4个环烯醚萜类化合物,分别为:8-acetoxyl-patchouli alcohol(1)、8-hydroxyl-pathouli alcohol(2)、jatamanin A(3)、11-ethoxyviburtinal(4)、baldrinal(5)、11-methoxyviburtinal(6)、deacylbaldrinal(7)。结论化合物2为首次从蜘蛛香中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Valeriana jatamansi Jones.Methods The chemical compositions were separated and purified by macroporous resin AB-8,silica gels,and sephadex LH-20.NMR spectral analysis was used to identify the constituents.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 8-acetoxyl-patchouli alcohol（1）,8-hydroxyl-pathouli alcohol（2）,jatamanin A（3）,11-ethoxyviburtinal（4）,baldrinal（5）,11-methoxyviburtinal（6）,and deacylbaldrinal（7）.Conclusion Compounds 2 was separated fromValeriana jatamansi Jones for the first time.
