摘  要:目的建立以光纤传感过程分析方法测定苯妥英钠片的溶出度,考察温度对溶出结果的影响。方法采用光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪分别在25和37℃条件下绘制标准曲线并测定苯妥英钠片的溶出度,测定波长和参比波长分别为258和300nm,探头规格选择0.5mm。结果 25和37℃条件下建立的标准曲线平均偏差为18.6%。结论温度对苯妥英钠的吸光度有影响,应在37℃条件下绘制标准曲线以测定溶出度。Objective To establish an in-situ process dissolution test method of Phenytoin Sodium Tablets,and to study the effect of temperature on dissolution.Methods The standard curves were plotted at 25 and 37℃.The drug dissolution rate was determined at respective temperature by using a fiber-optic dissolution test system(FODT).The test and reference wavelengthes were set at258 and 300nm,respectively,and the path-length of probes was 0.5mm.Results The curves of 25 and 37℃average deviation of standard was 18.6%.Conclusion As temperature influenced on the absorbance,standard curve should be made at 37 ℃,also at which the drug dissolution rate was determinecl.
