摘　　要：研制成功一种渗透力强、润湿速度快、去除煤焦油能力强、易溶于水、可常温使用且适于喷淋的低泡性水基清洗剂。该清洗剂稀释至20%,常温下摆洗25 min,去油率可达到96%以上。该清洗剂己成功应用于湿式电除尘器的喷淋装置中,去污效果好,起泡少且可重复利用。A kind of low foaming water- based detergent with good permeability and wettability was successfully prepared,which was used to clean coal tar at normal temperature by spraying. The experiments showed that when the detergent was diluted to 20%,the coal tar removal efficiency was above96% by washing for 25 minutes. This detergent was successfully used in the spraying system of wet electrostatic precipitator in pilot test.
