摘  要:通过利用失重法测定碳钢腐蚀速率,对多种天然绿色植物进行了筛选试验,最终确定黄豆原浆对碳钢有非常好的缓蚀作用,并采用失重法和电化学方法对该缓蚀剂进行了评价。实验结果表明,该缓蚀剂用量为0.55%时,温度60℃以下,氢氟酸的质量分数在5%以下时有非常好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率达95%以上。该缓蚀剂是一种优良的电化学混合型碳钢氢氟酸清洗缓蚀剂,对氢氟酸酸度、温度、时间有很好的抗干扰效果。The inhibition performance of a variety of natural green plants had been screened by method of loss of weight. A conclusion was drawn that soya bean puree had a good effect on inhibition of carbon steel. The inhibition effect of soybean on carbon steel has been evaluated by the weight loss method and electrochemical method. It shows that the inhibition effect will be very good as the inhibition rate is more than 95% when the amount of the inhibitor is 0. 55%,the temperature is below 60 oC and mass fraction of hydrofluoric acid is less than 5%,The corrosion inhibitor is an excellent electrochemical hybrid- carbon steel- hydrofluoric acid- cleaning corrosion inhibitor. It has a good anti- jamming effect on the influence of hydrofluoric acid,acidity,temperature.
