电针拮抗肌腧穴联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫痉挛的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:观察电针拮抗肌腧穴联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫痉挛的临床治疗效果。方法:将80例脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者用随机数字表分为治疗组(电针拮抗肌腧穴联合康复训练)和对照组(康复训练)各40例,两组均进行内科常规治疗。治疗前后用改良Ashworth分级、运动功能评定和ADL指数评价治疗效果。结果:治疗30日后,两组的评分均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.01),治疗组比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:电针拮抗肌腧穴联合康复训练能够明显缓解脑卒中偏瘫痉挛患者肌张力、改善运动功能及提高ADL指数,较单用康复训练有显著优势,可在临床推广运用。Objective：To observe the effect of electric acupuncture at antagonistic muscle acupoints combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods：80 cases of post-stroke spastic paralyzed patients were randomly divided into a treatment group（ electric acupuncture at antagonistic muscle acupoints combined with rehabilitation training） and a control group（ rehabilitation training）,40 cases in each group.Two groups were given medical foundation treatment.The efficacy was evaluated by modified Ashworth classification,motor function and ADL index.Results：After one course of treatment,the scores of two groups were significantly increased（ P 〈 0.01）.The treatment group was significantly improved than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Electric acupuncture at antagonistic muscle acupoints combined with rehabilitation training can obviously relieve cerebral apoplexy spastic paralysis with muscle tension,improve motor function and ADL.Compared with rehabilitation training,it has significant advantages and can be popularized in clinical practice.
