咳喘停贴剂穴位贴敷对哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患者血清IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨咳喘停贴剂穴位贴敷对处于哮喘缓解期合并过敏性鼻炎患者血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)含量的影响。方法:选取江苏省中医院2014年夏季哮喘患者,按有无过敏性鼻炎,分为合并过敏性鼻炎组55例,单纯哮喘组26例,用咳喘停贴剂穴位贴敷治疗,48例健康人作为对照组,采用ELISA法检测治疗前后血清Ig E水平。结果:治疗前,合并过敏性鼻炎组与单纯哮喘组血清Ig E水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且合并过敏性鼻炎组显著高于单纯哮喘组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,合并过敏性鼻炎组治疗后血清Ig E水平显著下降(P<0.05);单纯哮喘组及对照组治疗前后血清Ig E水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);有8名患者血清Ig E水平升高明显。结论:血清Ig E是哮喘发病发展中的重要因素,且对于合并过敏性鼻炎或过敏性疾病的哮喘患者尤为明显。咳喘停贴剂穴位贴敷可以有效降低缓解期哮喘血清Ig E水平,尤其是合并过敏性鼻炎哮喘。Objective：By using Kechuanting paste acupoint sticking therapy to investigate the serum immunoglobulin E（ IgE） of the asthma patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods：Kechuanting paste acupoint sticking therapy was used for 55 asthma patients with allergic rhinitis and 26 asthma patients from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the summer in 2014,and 48 healthy persons were as the control group.Use ELISA to detect blood IgE levels before and after treatment.Results：Before treatment,serum IgE in the combined allergic rhinitis group and asthma group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）,and the combined allergic rhinitis group was significantly higher than the asthma group（ P 〈0.05）;and compared with those before treatment,serum IgE levels of combined allergic rhinitis group after treatment were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.05）;serum IgE levels of asthma group and control group before and after treatment had no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05）;there were 8 patients whose serum IgE levels were very high.Conclusion：The serum IgE is an important factor in the development of asthma,especially for asthma patients with allergic rhinitis or allergic disease.Kechuanting paste acupoint sticking therapy can effectively reduce asthmatic serum IgE levels,especially the asthma with allergic rhinitis.
