摘  要:目的:优化玻璃苣总生物碱的提取工艺,为其进一步开发提供理论基础。方法:采用正交实验法,以玻璃苣总生物碱提取率为指标优选得到最佳提取工艺。结果:提取时间、乙醇浓度、固液比及提取溶剂p H值对玻璃苣总生物碱提取率有较大的影响,p H值为1.5的75%乙醇、固液比1∶20以及提取时间2 h为最佳方案,按照最佳方案提取,得到玻璃苣总生物碱提取率为0.37%。以Walker256荷瘤大鼠为模型,观察玻璃苣总生物碱对乳腺癌的抑瘤作用。结论:得到的玻璃苣总生物碱提取工艺优化参数准确可靠,有一定的实用价值。玻璃苣总生物碱具有明显的抗乳腺癌活性。Objective: To investigate the extraction process of total alkaloid in Borago officinalis L.. Methods: On the basis of single- factor experiments,the effects of different time,p H,solid- to- liquid ratioand ethanol weight percent on the extraction yield of total alkaloid from Borago officinalis L. were investigated with a four-factor orthogonal experiment design. Results: The results indicated that the best condition was with 75% ethanol of p H 1. 5 with solid- liquid ratio 1∶ 20 and extraction time of 2 hours. It was extracted to get the ratio of0. 37%. Using Walker256 tumor- bearing rats as a model,we observed the anti- tumor effect and the influence on rats' immune organs of total alkaloid in Borago officinalis L. for breast cancer. Conclusion: The extraction technology and the analytical method have a practical value. Total alkaloid in Borago officinalis L. has a significant anti- tumor activity for breast carcinoma.
