摘  要:目的:发现和处理日立7180全自动生化分析仪检测高值磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)底物耗尽现象的问题。方法:充分利用日立7180生化仪参数的设置检测高值、超高值标本20例,同时,对高值、超高值标本进行3、5倍稀释检测,对照和比较同一标本三种检测方式下的测定值。结果:1-7号标本不存在底物耗尽现象,3种检测方式的结果无统计学意义(P〉0.05),8-20号标本存在底物耗尽现象,3种检测方式结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),存在底物耗尽现象,结果在数据显示Data Review后面提示“F”号。结论:底物耗尽现象的问题,可通过稀释重测,乘以稀释倍数可以解决。Objective:Discover and dispose the substrate exhaustion problem when high value creatine kinase detected by Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Methods: Detect high value and extrahigh value creatine kinase samples by Hitachi 7180 automatic biochemistry analyzer using three or five times dilution method. Compare the measured values of the same specimen using three different detection mode.Results:The phenomenon of substrate exhaustion were not occuring in the samples from number one to number seven. There were no statistical significance in results checked by the three detection methods (P〉0.05). The phenomenon of substrate exhaustion occurred in the samples from number eight to number twenty. The results detected by three detection methods had statistical significance (P〈0.01). Results indicated a sign “F” behind the Data Review.Conclusions:The problem of substrate exhaustion could be disposed by method of dilution.
