摘 要:夹木机械手是数控往复式板材剖分锯进给机构的重要组成部分,对夹木机械手的加工工艺进行分析,确定翻转式自动推料、夹料、进料的设计方案。利用SolidWorks软件对夹木机械手进行三维建模,完成移动横梁组件、夹板机构和驱动总成的结构设计,并对夹木机械手工作过程中上、下极限位置的压力角和力平衡进行详细的分析与计算,验证夹木机械手设计的正确性和可行性。夹木机械手设计能够让整机结构更加紧凑,提高整机的自动化水平。Clamping manipulator is an important part on feeding system of CNC reciprocating panel split saw.Authors of this paper analyze the machining process of clamping manipulator,and determine the design schemes of automatic pushing plate,clamping plate and feeding plate.The 3D models of clamping manipulator are built by SolidWorks software,the structural designs of moving cross member assembly,clamping mechanism and driving assembly are completed,the pressure-angle and force-balance of clamping manipulator upper and lower limit position are analyzed and calculated in detail,and finally the correctness and feasibility of the design about clamping manipulator are verified.This design makes the machine's structure more compact,greatly improves the automation level of the machine,and has a certain reference value for the actual production applications.
