摘  要:以银杏、杨木和小麦秸秆的木质素-碳水化合物复合体(LCC)为原料,通过与丙三醇缩水甘油醚聚合的方法制备凝胶材料用于作生物多孔载体,对该生物载体的主要成分含量、化学结构以及表面形态进行分析。结果表明:以来自裸子植物和被子植物(阔叶木和禾本科材料)的三种LCC为原料可以制备适合人体肝细胞生长的生物载体,平均孔径约为80~120μm。用多孔生物载体进行人肝细胞培养,发现人肝细胞能够成功地在LCC基凝胶材料上生长,且细胞增殖较快,白蛋白分泌和葡萄糖代谢活性的测定结果表明肝细胞具有较高的代谢活性。研究结果表明LCC基多孔凝胶材料具有良好的生物相容性,为LCC在人体组织工程中的应用奠定基础。With ginkgo,cypress and wheat straw lignin- carbohydrate complexes( LCC) as raw material,with glycerol glycidyl ether polymerization preparation of gel materials used for biological porous material was carried out,and the composition,chemical structure and morphology of the biological carrier were elucidated. It is found that the LCC derived from Gymnospermae and Angiospermae( leaf wood and Gramineae) can be made as biological carriers which are suitable for human hepatocytes growth with average pore size of 80- 120 μm. The carriers were used to culture human hepatocytes,The results show that human hepatocytes can grow successfully on carriers. Furthermore,the human hepatocytes on carriers proliferate fast and have high metabolic activity by determination of human albumin and glucose metabolism. These indicate that porous biological carrier prepared with LCC has excellent biocompatibility. The LCC material is proming in the tissue engineering.
