摘  要:N-乙烯基甲酰胺(NVF)是丙烯酰胺的同分异构体,是一种功能性单体。其均聚和共聚聚合物广泛的应用于阳离子高分子絮凝剂、离子交换与吸附、有机涂料及造纸添加剂等方面。NVF具有类似于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的良好的溶解能力,也是一种性能优异的溶剂,能与水及大部分有机溶剂互溶;同时,NVF具有低毒和高的共聚反应活性,因此已经发展成为通过合成PNVF来制备聚乙烯胺的反应前躯体。本文综合论述了国内外相关研究,介绍了NVF的研究现状及进展。较为详细地论述了NVF的合成方法、纯化和保存以及应用。最后简要叙述了NVF单体及其聚合物的应用,并对NVF在工业助剂中应用进行了展望。N- vinylformamide( NVF)- the isomer of acrylamide- is a kind of functional monomers,its homopolymerization and copolymerization polymers are widely used in cationic high polymer flocculants,ion exchange and adsorption,organic coatings and papermaking additives,etc. NVF has a good dissolving ability,like dimethylformamide( DMF),it's an excellent performance solvent,miscible with water and most organic solvents. NVF has a low toxicity and a high copolymerizable reactivity. It can be used to synthesize PNVF. In this review article,the recent research at home and abroad had been summarized; the status and progress of NVF monomer were also mentioned. The synthesizing methods,purification and preservation as well as the applications of NVF were detailedly introduced. Hydroxyethyl formamide and ethylene dimethyl amide intermediates were synthesized by different materials. The NVF would be obtained by pyrolysis treatment. Purification progress includes removing acetone insolubles,basic impurities and formic acids. The storage temperature of NVF should be at 15℃ or below,in some cases,adding antioxidants are required.
