摘　　要：强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是骶髂关节组织及中轴骨骼发生病变并伴发炎症及新骨形成的和自身免疫相关的慢性疾病,可伴有眼、胃肠道等器官病变,是一种致残率很高的疾病。1973年发现人类白细胞表面抗原B27(human leukocyte antigen-B27,HLA-B27)与AS之间具有相关性,随之HLA-B27的检测成为临床鉴别诊断AS的重要指标。本文就AS的研究现状及HLA-B27的检测手段做一综述。Ankylosing spondylitis（AS） is a chronic autoimmune disease which can cause inflammation and the formation of new bone in the sacroiliac joint tissue and the axial skeleton. AS is a high morbidity disease which is often accompanied by eyes,gastrointestinal,and other organ damage. In 1973,the correlation between human leukocyte antigen-B27（HLA-B27）and AS was found,and then the detection of HLA-B27 became an important indicator in clinical differential diagnosis of AS. This paper will summarize the research status of AS and the detection measure of gene HLA-B27.
