关于金融稳定与货币政策的一点思考

摘　　要：金融危机凸显了中央银行在金融稳定职责上的不足,并引起了对金融稳定与货币政策关系的广泛讨论。文章分析了宏观经济学兴起前后中央银行政策目标的变化,并对货币政策和宏观审慎监管作为维护金融稳定的主要工具的利弊进行描述和总结,最后提出了一些促进金融稳定的建议。The financial crisis has highlighted the lack in financial stability mandate of the Central Bank and has given rise to extensive discussions concerning financial stability and monetary policy.This paper analyzes the changes in central bank policy objectives before and after the rise of macroeconomics,describes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of using monetary policy and macroprudential monitoring as the main tools to maintain financial stability.It also comes up with some proposals to promote financial stability.
