摘　　要：以潘口水电站为例,从移民安置的任务、移民资金、项目法人参与移民资金管理的方法等方面,介绍了项目法人主动参与移民资金管理的经验,结果表明:该方法使移民资金管理做到了权责明确,渠道畅通;信息归集,拨付及时;联络各方,协调配合;节约成本、效率最优,保证了移民工作正常进行。The experiences of resettlement fund management in Pankou Hydropower Station, especially the active partic- ipation of the project legal person, are summarized. Tasks of the resettlement work, resettlement fund, and the ways that the project legal person can take part in the resettlement fund management are discussed. Practice shows that the reset- tlement fund management with the active participation of the project legal person is of certain advantages such as clearer responsibilities and rights, timely feedback and fund appropriation, better cooperation, less cost and high efficiency
