后腹腔镜单纯性肾切除术治疗重度积水无功能肾的临床观察(附31例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨后腹腔镜单纯性肾切除术治疗重度积水无功能肾的手术方法和临床疗效。方法:我院2011年1月-2015年10月收治重度积水无功能肾患者31例,施行后腹腔镜单纯性肾切除术,观察手术时间、术中出血量、手术效果及术后住院天数。结果:31例手术均获得成功,2例中转开放手术,手术时间为40-210min,平均为90 min,术中出血20-300 ml,平均50 ml,无大出血感染腹膜破裂腹腔脏器损伤等并发症,术后住院天数5-10天。结论:后腹腔镜单纯性肾切除术治疗重度积水无功能肾临床疗效可、创伤小、并发症少、恢复快,值得推荐。Objective： To explore the operation methods and results of retroperitoneoscopic simple nephrectomy for the treatment of nonfunctioning kidney with sereve hydronephrosis. Methods： From Jan 2011 to Oct 2015, a total of 31 patients suffered from nonfunctioning kidney with severe hydronephrosis were received retroperitoneoscopic simple nephreetomy. The operation time, blood loss, complications during and after operation, hospital stay and the operative efficacy were observed. Results： All the operations were performed successfully and 2 cases were converted to open surgery. The mean operative time was 90 min,ranging from 40 to 210 min. The mean blood loss was 50 ml, ranging from 20 to 300 ml. There were no serious intra-operative and post-operative complications. The postoperative hospital stay was 5 to 10 days. Conclusion： The retroperitoneoscopic simple nephreetomy for nonfunctioning kidney with severe hydronephrosis is definitely effective, minimal invasive, safe and worthy of recommendation.
