高性价比偏振复用OFDM信号全光波长变换的研究

摘　　要：采用单个连续激光器和一个射频信号源在马赫增德尔调制器进行调制,使其中心载波和偶阶边带被抑制且忽略高阶奇数边带,得到的一阶奇数边带作为平行抽运光.采用载波抑制方法产生的平行抽运光具有偏振方向相同、相位锁定的特点,实现了基于四波混频效应的偏振复用OFDM信号全光波长变换的研究.对接收信号功率、SOA电流、抽运光间距这3种影响系统转换效率的因素进行了分析,通过与传统平行双抽运系统进行比较,发现无论接收信号功率、输入电流和抽运光间距如何变化,x和y 2个偏振方向误码率相差小,系统稳定且转换效率高,成本与复杂度低.In this paper, a signal contiunous laser and a radio frequency signal are modulated in the Mach-Zachder-Modu- lator. The center carrier and even order sideband are suppressed and the high order odd sideband is neglected. The first order odd sideband are used as parallel pump. Tthe carrier suppression method is used to produce the same polarization direction and phase locking of two beams of light waves as parallel pump light wave. The system of all-optical wavelength conversion based on four-wave mixing for polarization multiplexing OFDM signal is achieved, The three influence factors for the system are receiver power, SOA injection current and the frequency spacing of pumps. And the influence factors are analyzed. The system with carrier suppression parallel pumps system are compared with traditional parallel pump sys- tem. It is concluded that no matter how the three factors change, similar. The suppression of parallel dual-pump system are stable plexity. the bit error rate of two polarization direction are always with high conversion efficiency, low cost and less corn-
