摘 要:提出了一种企口式刚性混凝土活动护栏结构,可安装在高速公路分隔带开口处.基于现行规范要求,建立了相应的显式有限元仿真模型并利用LS-DYNA软件进行了实尺寸车辆模型与活动护栏的非线性碰撞仿真计算.结果表明:该活动护栏满足160 k J碰撞能量的Am级的防撞等级要求;各项碰撞安全性能指标均符合现行规范的要求;随碰撞角度的增大,车体重心3向加速度并非线性增大,而是纵向加速度基本不变、横向加速度先增大后减小、而竖向加速度线性增加的变化规律.A new type of rigid concrete movable barrier to install at the opening of median was developed. Based on the requirement of current specification, the explicit finite element model of movable barrier was set up and was used for simu-lation of nonlinear impact process of the full-scale vehicle with the movable barrier by the FEA software, LS-DYNA. The result shows that the impact energy of the movable barrier exceeded 160 kJ, which could meet the Am impact grade; all of the safety performance parameters of the movable barrier meet with the requirements of the current specification; with the increase of impact angle, the accelerations of vehicle center of gravity in three directions are not correspondingly in- creased, but longitudinal acceleration basically constant acceleration, lateral acceleration increased linearly, and vertical acceleration increased first and then decreased with the variation.
