摘　　要：供给侧结构性改革背景下,我国大型煤炭企业积极探索转型升级模式。在对此问题进行理论分析的基础上,总结提炼可供选择的转型升级模式,结合企业生命周期理论对适用情况进行说明,构建了转型升级效果评价的负熵模型,并以贵州盘江集团为例进行实证研究,为大型煤炭企业提升供给能力进行了有益探索。Based on the background of the supply front structural reform,the large scale coal enterprises in China are actively to discover the transformation upgrading mode.Based on the theoretical analysis on the problems,the paper summarized and refined the alternative transformation upgrading modes.In combination with the enterprise life period theory,a statement was made on the suitability condition and a negentropy model to evaluate the transformation upgrading effect was established.Based on Guizhou Panjiang Group,as a case,experiment study was conducted and could be effective discovery to improve the supply capacity of the large scale coal enterprises.
