摘　　要：供给侧改革是未来一段时间内我国宏观经济管理的主攻方向和政策着力点。从能源视角理解供给侧改革,分析了供给侧改革内涵、煤炭供给侧改革的内容以及煤炭企业推进供给侧改革的重点任务。认为,供给侧改革的主要内容是去产能,并建立矿产资源退出机制和企业职工安置补偿制度。同时,分析了推进供给侧改革的7个重点任务,以期为煤炭企业提供参考。A supply front reform would the important research orientation and policy focus of China macro economic management within a future period.From a view of the energy to understand the supply front reform,the paper analyzed the supply front connotation,the contents of the coal supply front reform,the important missions of the coal enterprises to promote the supply front reform and others.The paper held that the main content of the supply front reform would be the de-capacity and would set up the withdrawal mechanism of the mineral resources and the resettlement compensation system of the enterprise’s staff.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed seven（7） key missions to promote the supply front reform.
