超声引导下穿刺置管引流治疗乳腺脓肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下穿刺置管引流术治疗乳腺脓肿的临床效果。方法将220例乳腺脓肿患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各110例,观察组采取超声引导下穿刺置管引流术进行治疗,对照组则采取传统手术引流治疗。评价两组患者临床效果,并对比分析两组患者手术切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、疼痛VAS评分、继续哺乳的比率。结果观察组临床总有效率、继续哺乳比率高于对照组,手术切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声引导下穿刺置管引流术治疗乳腺脓肿能明显缩短切口愈合时间和瘢痕长度,减轻痛苦,保护乳房功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of percutaneous puncture by guidance of ultrasound for breast abscess.Methods 220＆amp;nbsp;patients with breast abscess, whihc were divided into observation group and control group, 110 cases in each group. Observation group were treated with percutaneous puncture by guidance of ultrasound. Control group were treated with traditional drainage. The clinical effects in two groups were evaluated. The healing time of surgical incision, scar length, VAS grades, the rate of breastfeeding were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate and rate of breastfeeding in observation were higher than control group. The healing time of surgical incision, scar length and VAS grades in observation group were lower than control group, all the differences were statistical significance（P〈0.01）.ConclusionThe treatment of percutaneous puncture by guidance of ultrasound for breast abscess could shorten the healing time of surgical incision and scar length, relieve the pain, protect the breast function and improve the effects.
