摘　　要：目的：探讨胰岛素治疗小儿糖尿病患者的有效临床护理模式。方法选择2013年3月～2015年10月在本院行胰岛素治疗的46例小儿糖尿病患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各23例。观察组行精细化护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较患儿血糖指标水平控制效果。结果治疗后，对照组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标水平和低血糖反应发生率均高于观察组（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病患儿胰岛素治疗中应用精细化护理血糖控制效果良好。Objective To explore the insulin effective clinical nursing mode for the treatment of pediatric patients with diabetes.MethodsFrom March 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital, with line insulin treatment of 46 cases of pediatric diabetes patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases respectively. Role of ifne nursing observation group, control group given routine care children, compared with blood sugar level control effect.Results After treatment, the control group, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose hemoglobin levels and the incidence of hypoglycemia were signiifcantly higher than in observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of ifne nursing glycemic control in diabetes insulin therapy effect is good.
