中央党校加强党性教育的历史考察

摘　　要：党性教育是共产党人修身养性的必修课。八十多年来中央党校一直按照中共中央的决定、要求和部署,把党性教育落实到教学科研工作中并取得实际成效:1.民主革命时期,为确定党在民族解放战争中的领导地位和推进党的建设伟大工程高度重视党性教育;2.从马列学院到中央直属高级党校期间,把"增强党性"纳入到教学方针之中;3.从中央党校复校到开创改革开放和现代化建设新时期,把培养觉悟高、党性强、作风好、具有现代知识的领导骨干作为培养目标;4.在经受国内外严重政治风波考验把中国特色社会主义全面推向新世纪期间,提出"理论基础、世界眼光、战略思维、党性修养"的教学布局;5.中共十七届一中全会以后,以坚定理想信念、增强宗旨观念和改进作风为重点增强学员的党性修养。中央党校党性教育有三个突出特点:一是党性教育和理论学习共同提高;二是党性教育与中心工作统一起来;三是把党性教育与作风养成紧密结合。Party spirit education is a compulsory course of Communist self-cultivation. For more than 80 years,the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C（CCPS） has been implementing the Party spirit education in accordance with the decision、requirements and deployment of the C.P.C Central Committee, and achieved practical results. First of all, during the period of democratic revolution, Party spirit education was highly prioritized in the process of striving for the leading position of the Communist Party in the war of national liberation and promoting the great project of Party Construction; secondly, for the period when it was called the Institute of Marxism Leninism, and later the High- level Party School directly under the Central Committee, enhancing the Party spirit was compiled into the guideline of education; thirdly, for the period from the re- opening of CCPS to the implementation of reform and opening up policy and the modernization construction, the goal of CCPS was to backbone leaders with high consciousness, strong party spirit, sound work style, and equipped with modern knowledge; fourthly, during the period when China was subject to the tests of serious political crisis home and abroad, up to the new century while China was comprehensively developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,the teaching arrangement of ＂theoretical foundation, world vision, strategic thinking, and party spirit ＂ was put forward; fifthly, after the Ist Plenary Session of the 17 th Congress of the CPC, the Cultivation of Party Spirit was focused on consolidating ideals and beliefs, enhancing the consciousness of serving the people, and improving working style. There are three outstanding features for the education of Party Spirit at CCPS： firstly, the education of Party spirit is combined with theoretical studies; secondly, the education of Party spirit is closely linked with the central work of the country; and thirdly, the education of Party spirit is combined with the cultivation of working style.
