西部地区成人教育发展困境及其对策研究

摘　　要：一直以来,我国西部地区的经济发展都比较滞后,这主要受多种因素的影响。其中,西部地区成人教育的缓慢发展在一定程度上制约了该地区的经济发展。基于此,主要以贵州省为例,分析我国西部地区成人教育发展过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上得出结论,即开展特色成人教育、严格落实成人教育政策、完善成人教育管理制度是发展我国西部地区成人教育的主要对策。The economic development of the western region of China has been lagging behind,which is mainly influenced by many factors. Among them,the slow development of adult education in the western region has restricted the economic development of the region to a certain extent. To this end,this paper mainly takes Guizhou Province as an example,tries to analyze the problems existing in the development of adult education in the western region of China,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.It is believed that the characterized adult education,the strict implementation of adult education policy,and the improvement of adult education management system are the main strategies to develop adult education in the western region of China.
