新型药芯银钎料的制造技术及应用前景

摘　　要：结合国内市场应用情况,按不同结构形态对药芯银钎料进行了分类,并介绍了管状焊条法、铸锭挤压法、带材轧制法和带材卷制法4种药芯银钎料的制造方法。目前有缝药芯银钎料在药芯银钎料的市场上占主导地位。探讨了药芯银钎料生产中药粉添加、成形工艺和矫直工艺等关键技术。药芯银钎料与实心银钎料相比,能提高生产效率、保证产品钎焊质量、减少环境污染。The manufacturing method of the flux cored silver filler metal was briefly introduced,and the key technology in the production of flux cored silver filler metal was discussed. The results show that the method of strip rolling for making the flux cored silver filler metal has the advantages of high production efficiency,low cost,good rigidity,and not easy to leak powder. The key technologies in the production of flux cored silver filler metal mainly contains adding the powder,forming process and straightening process. The flux cored silver filler metal will play an important role in improving production efficiency,ensuring the brazing quality of products and reducing the environment pollution,which makes the flux cored silver filler metal have a very broad application prospects.
