摘 要:微量元素铜是一种营养元素,它在动物机体内具有多种生物学功能,它是金属酶的组成成分,作为电子受体或供体参与机体内多种重要的生理、生化反应。因此,保持机体内铜代谢平衡,维持机体内环境铜含量的稳定非常重要。机体对铜的摄取、吸收、转运和排泄是一个非常复杂的系统,近年来国内外研究学者对动物体内铜转运系统的研究越来越重视,文章对铜在动物体内转运过程进行了综述,这对了解高铜的促生长机制有重要意义。Trace element copper is a nutritive element,it has a variety of biological functions in the body of animals. It is the composition of the metal enzymes, which acts as an electron acceptor or donor to participate in a variety of important physiological and biochemical reactions in the body. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the balance of copper metabolism and the homeostasis of the copper content in the body. The body's uptake, absorption, transport and excretion of copper is a very complex system, and the research on copper transport system in animal body is paid more and more attention by the research scholars at home and abroad in recent years. This paper reviews the process of copper transport in animal body. There is important significance to understand the growth - promoting mechanism of high copper.
